What happens to the waste?

As an Environment Agency registered company (CB/DU139127), you can be assured that we are fully compliant with all statutory regulations regarding the removal, transport and disposal of your waste.

We guarantee to salvage any recyclable materials from the waste we collect, where possible, aiming to recycle 98% of the waste we collect. Any non-recyclable material that remains after processing is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.

How and when do i pay for the wait & load service?

Your collection must be paid for prior to the removal of waste, by debit/credit card over the telephone.  A Booking time is agreed upon at this time, and once payment is complete, we will arrive at the arranged time.

What large items can be removed?

Any large items that are non-hazardous can be removed and disposed of. These include:

  • Dishwashers
  • Tumble Dryers
  • Sofas
  • Most household furniture (please call if you’re not sure)
  • Mattresses
  • Construction Waste – all rubble must be bagged
  • Household Rubbish

What will wait & load not remove?

Below is a list of what our Wait & Load service will not remove. If you are unsure about any waste not listed, don’t hesitate to contact a member of our team for assistance.

What time will the wait & load service arrive?

Excel Rubbish removal can offer a 24/7 collection service and flexible 2-hour time slots to best suit you, which will be confirmed at time of booking. We can offer same or next-day rubbish removal, should you require an urgent collection.
